Controversial start of Chlorodehydromethylandrostenediol (Halodrol) steroid

Steroids, the ultimate answer to all biological inadequacies, are comparatively recent inventions. The most recent one of them is Chlorodehydromethylandrostenediol (Halodrol) which came into the public eye less than a decade ago. It was in 2005 that this exceptionally useful and effective steroid was introduced in the nutrition market of the US, christened ‘prohormone’ by the Gaspari Nutrition Company. The drug was not included in the list of guarded substance regulations which made it a product of ‘grey market’, neither completely boycotted nor openly acknowledged. Since its conception in 2005, it has met with many controversial stories some accusing it of being a doping agent and others denying it.
